Low and Mid season	US$925 per week
High Season	$1050 per week

Rental includes US taxes (12%), end of rental clean, local agent assistance and utilities.
Electric pool heating available at $110 per week.

US$200 reservation deposit, for stays less than four weeks. 10% reservation deposit for stays of four weeks or more. US$300 security deposit

UK and European visitors

Low and Mid season	£525 per week
High Season	£600 per week

Cancellation Policy

More than 10 weeks prior to the rental date - Deposit only. Between 8-10 weeks prior to the rental date - 50% of rental charge. Less than 8 weeks prior to the rental date - 75% of rental charge.
