Why Rotonda and why your villa? |
|

A. |
The area is often called Florida's best kept secret because it has all the attractions of the gulf - stunning beaches, great weather, many first class golf courses, good shopping and restaurants - without the crowds that are found in the more well known areas. Have a look at the Attractions section of our website for more details.
All in all, we think the villa provides all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday.

How do we book the villa? |

terms and conditions and if you're happy to proceed, email us. We will email you a booking form and on
receipt of the deposit of £100 or $200 we will reserve the dates for you. |

How many people does the villa sleep? |
|
|
A. |
The villa sleeps 6 comfortably. There are two large bedrooms both with en suite facilities and a third bedroom with twin beds.
Our management company will supply high chairs and cots for a nominal rate for the week. |

How far is the villa from the major airports in Florida? |
|
|
A. |
The nearest major state international airport is Tampa is approximately 90 minutes drive. For those flying from Newark, low cost airline Jet Blue has recently added Tampa to its Floridian destinations.
Orlando and Orlando Sanford airports are 2.5 to 3 hours away.
Miami is approximately 3 hours drive.
Most US airlines and a number of European airlines also fly direct into Sarasota and Fort Meyers

How far is the villa from supermarkets and restaurants? |

A. |
There are Winn Dixie and Publix supermarkets a 5 minute drive away and a
Wal-Mart about 10 minutes drive away. Port Charlotte is 20 minutes away and
has a large mall with lots of shops and restaurants. There are a variety of
restaurants offering all types of cuisine nearby. The villa has a list of
supermarkets, restaurants and local attractions to help you plan your days. |

How far are the beaches? |

The lovely
Englewood beach is a 10 minute drive and there are a variety of stunning
beaches between 10 - 20 minutes drive away, so you have plenty of variety
within a short distance. |

What golf courses are nearby? |
|
|
A. |
The villa is on the highly regarded Long Marsh course. There are five courses within the Rotonda West area and many others within a short drive. For the enthusiastic golfer our golf package is a great deal as it gives you access to the best courses in the area and can save you a few hundred dollars in green fees. What local support is available if we need it? |

Our
local management company has many years experience and are locally based,
and on hand to answer any questions and provide any assistance you may need. |

What equipment and entertainment do you provide? |
|
|
A. |
We provide cable TV (main and second bedrooms and the lounge have a TV). There is a CD and a DVD player and a range of books, CDs and games.
Outside, there is a gas barbecue for dining alfresco, and plenty of pool toys
The management company will also provide baby equipment for a small fee.
For the beach, we have left beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cool boxes/ice bricks for your use.
All linen and towels (including beach towels)

What is your policy with regard to smoking and pets? |

Sorry, but smoking is not allowed in the villa, nor do we allow pets. |

How big is the pool? |

A. |
The pool is approx 26 feet long by 14 feet wide and at the deep end is around 6 feet. |
